What is Website Studio?
Website Studio is FlexyCams software for independent models who want to run live video, member chat, tips, profile tools, and scheduling on their own WordPress website.
Do my members need FlexyCams accounts?
No. Your members stay on your WordPress website and use your own membership system. FlexyCams accounts are for models and administration of the Website Studio service.
How much does it cost?
The Website Studio subscription is $99 for 30 days. The current plan includes 10,000 delivered video minutes, then additional usage is currently $3 per 1,000 delivered minutes. Your account shows the current allowance and rate before renewal.
What are delivered video minutes?
Delivered video minutes are based on video actually delivered to viewers. If 10 members each watch 30 minutes, that is approximately 300 delivered minutes.
Can I estimate my usage cost?
Yes. Website Studio includes a Usage Cost Calculator where you enter minutes watched per member and number of members to estimate delivered minutes and your usage charge.
Does the plugin replace my WordPress site?
No. Website Studio is designed to leave your existing homepage, theme, navigation, membership system, and customer accounts in place. It adds the live experience and model controls.
How does the plugin connect to my account?
The personalized plugin download includes a short-lived one-time setup token. When activated, it connects to the model account that downloaded it and saves the required Website Studio credentials automatically.
Can I change my Quick Tip amounts?
Yes. Tip amounts are managed in Website Studio and stay synchronized across the live-room terms, chat, and offline profile.
Where do customer payments go?
Customer payments on your own website are intended to settle through your own approved merchant setup. FlexyCams provides the Website Studio software and usage service.
Is real payment charging live yet?
Production charging depends on an approved merchant connection and final processor integration. Staging/test charging can be used to verify the Website Studio experience before production activation.
