Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Minors are not permitted to use FlexyCams or appear in content made available through the Service.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy, safety, payment, or legal violations.

3. Content and Conduct

The Service includes adult live content and interactive features. Illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content is not permitted.

4. Payments and Account Balance

• Paid viewing is charged against your prepaid FlexyCams account balance.
• The applicable per-minute rate is displayed before a Watch & Comment session begins.
• Billing questions and refund requests are reviewed case by case by the applicable payment processor and support team.
• We may adjust pricing and fees with notice where required.

5. Watch & Comment

Watch & Comment lets paying FlexyCams users view an authorized model's live video and communicate in the applicable public comment area. When both the model's website and FlexyCams destinations are enabled, FlexyCams viewers may comment among themselves while the model interacts with members on her own website. There is no free live-video preview on FlexyCams.

6. Model Websites

A model may operate a separate website with her own membership, payment, and content terms. Activity and purchases on that external website are governed by the terms and payment arrangements applicable to that site.

7. Recurring Subscriptions and Cancellation

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future recurring billing. Please review our Cancellation Policy for the available cancellation and billing-support options.

8. Model / Content Provider Requirements

Models and other content providers must comply with the separate Content Provider Agreement, including identity, age, consent, and record-keeping requirements for every person depicted in content they provide.

9. Complaints, Removal Requests, and Appeals

FlexyCams maintains separate processes for complaints and for requests by depicted persons to remove content when consent is disputed or legally invalid.

10. Model Earnings and Weekly Payouts

• Models may request withdrawal of available FlexyCams Watch & Comment earnings using an approved payout method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by Sunday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time are placed in the weekly payout batch scheduled for payment by the following Friday.
• Requests submitted after the Sunday cutoff are placed in the next weekly payout batch.
• Only available earnings may be withdrawn. Amounts still subject to a payment hold, review, refund, chargeback, or other adjustment are not available for payout.
• Bank-transfer, intermediary-bank, currency-conversion, and receiving-bank fees are the model's responsibility and may reduce the amount received.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its software are owned by the Company. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud prevention, safety, payment risk, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
